P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership terhadap work engagement, organisational commitment, organisational citizenshipbehavior pada karyawan PT. BPD Sultra Cabang Utama. Penelitian yang dilakukanadalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner. Penelitian inimenggunakan metode pengujian hypotesis testing. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakananalisis regresi sederhana dengan software SPSS. Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari 137 karyawan PT. BPD Sultra Cabang Utama denganmenggunakan metode sensus.Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruhpositif servant leadership terhadap work engagement, terdapat pengaruh positifservant leadership terhadap organisational commitment dan terdapat pengaruhpositif servant leadership terhadap organisational citizenship behavior.Dalam hasil penelitian ini disarankan pemimpin untuk mempertahankan bentukservant leadership yang membuat karyawan berkata jujur dan bertanggung jawab.Untuk meningkatkan work engagement, perusahaan wajib memberi karyawankesempatan untuk berpendapat agar karyawan merasa sebagai bagian dari organisasi.Untuk meningkatkan organisational commitment, sebaiknya pemimpin mematuhinilai-nilai kemanusiaan karena akan menumbuhkan loyalitas karyawan yang lebihtinggi sebagai imbalannya. Untuk meningkatkan organisational citizenship behavior,sebaiknya pemimpin dan karyawan memiliki hubungan antar pribadi yang ramah danakrab sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of servant leadership onwork engagement, organisational commitment, organisational citizenship behaviorat employees of PT. BPD Sultra Main Branch. This research is quantitative researchby distributing questionnaires. This research uses hypothesis testing method.Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis with SPSS software. The data inthis study were collected from 137 employees of PT. BPD Sultra Main Branch usingthe census method.The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that there is a positiveinfluence of servant leadership on work engagement, there is a positive influence ofservant leadership on organizational commitment and there is a positive influence ofservant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. In the results of thisresearch, it is recommended to maintain a form of servant leadership that makesemployees speak honestly and responsibly To increase work engagement, the company is obliged to give employees theopportunity to express their opinion so that employees feel part of the organization.To increase organisational commitment, leaders should adhere to human valuesbecause it will foster higher employee loyalty in return. To improve organisationalcitizenship behavior, leaders and employees should have friendly and intimateinterpersonal relationships so that they can increase employee work motivation.
