P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh antara Training Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT. Singa Mas Indonesia-Charoen Pokpahnd. Jumlah Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 170 responden dengan menggunakan metode penarikan sampel purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu karyawan di PT.Singa Mas Indonesia-Charoen Pokphand. Uji instrumen data menggunakan validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode structural equation model (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesa menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Training Satisfaction terhadap Turnover Intention dengan p-value 0,023 dan nilai estimate sebesar -0,125. (2) Training Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) dengan p-value 0,00 dan nilai estimate sebesar 0,536. (3) Terdapat pengaruh negatif antara Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) terhadap Turnover Intention dengan p-value 0,015 dan nilai estimate sebesar -0,291. (4) Organizational Citizenship Behaviour memediasi hubungan antara Training Satisfaction dan Turnover Intention dengan p-value 0,031 dan nilai estimate sebesar -0,156. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh implikasi manajerial yaitu, untuk Training Satisfaction manajer harus memberikan Training yang sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaan karyawannya, untuk Organizational Citizenship Behaviour Sebaiknya manajer lebih memperhatikan sikap para karyawannya dalam bekerja dan lebih tegas kepada para karyawan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di antara karyawan. untuk menurunkan Turnover Intention Sebaiknya manajer lebih memperhatikan kenyamanan dan kemakmuran karyawan saat bekerja.

(2) Satisfaction Training has a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with a p-value of 0.00 and an estimate value of 0.536. (3) There is a negative influence between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Turnover Intention with p-value 0.015 and an estimate value of -0.291. (4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior mediates the relationship between Satisfaction and Turnover Intention Training with p-value 0.031 and an estimated value of -0.156. In this study managerial implications are obtained, for Training Satisfaction managers must provide training in accordance with the field of work of their employees, for Organizational Citizenship Behavior It is better that managers pay more attention to the attitudes of their employees in work and more firmly to employees to solve problems that occur among employees. to reduce Turnover Intention We recommend that managers pay more attention to the comfort and prosperity of employees while working.
