P PT. Mayasari Bakti merupakan salah satu perusahaan dalam bidang jasa angkutan umum. Dengan adanya kajian dari dinas perhubungan dan dari direktur utama PT. Transjakarta akan adanya kesepakatan dalam jangka waktu kedepan, bahwa bus reguler akan digantikan ke bus Transjakarta dengan rute pelayanan yang akan dilayani yaitu wilayah perbatasan luar Jakarta. Dengan rencana ini diperlukan adanya penyesuaian safety culture, safety knowledge, dan safety behavior yang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan hubungan safety behavior dengan safety culture dan safety knowledge, Mengidentifikasi faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada safety behavior pengemudi bus reguler, dan meningkatkan safety behavior dengan faktor-faktor terpilih dari safety culture dan safety knowledge. Responden penelitian ini yaitu pengemudi bus reguler PT. Mayasari Bakti dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 66 responden dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Jenis penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan metode statistik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software smartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa safety culture berhubungan langsung dan positif terhadap safety knowledge, safety culture berhubungan langsung dan positif terhadap safety behaviour, dan safety knowledge berhubungan langsung dan positif terhadap safety behaviour dengan menunjukkan enam faktor untuk dua variabel. Hasil dari enam faktor itu memberikan alternatif solusi. Alternatif solusi terpilih yang memiliki prioritas pertama untuk meningkatkan safety behaviour yaitu pelatihan rutin tiap bulan, dan membangun kerjasama antar stakeholder dengan bertatap muka.

P PT.Tesena Inovindo is a manufacturing company engaged in the field of medicalequiPT. Mayasari Bakti is one of the companies in the field of public transport services. With the existence of a study from the transportation agency and the president director of PT. Transjakarta will have an agreement in the future, that regular buses will be replaced with Transjakarta buses with service routes to be served, namely the outer border area of Jakarta. With this plan, an effective adjustment of safety culture, safety knowledge, and safety behavior is needed. The purpose of this study is to model the relationship of safety behavior with safety culture and safety knowledge, identify the factors that most influence the safety behavior of regular bus drivers, and improving safety behavior with selected factors of safety culture and safety knowledge. Respondents of this research are regular bus drivers PT. Mayasari Bakti with a total sample of 66 respondents and data collected using a questionnaire. This type of correlational research uses statistical methods of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that safety culture is directly and positively related to safety knowledge, safety culture is directly and positively related to the safety behavior, and safety knowledge is directly and positively related to safety behavior by showing six factors for two variables. The results of these six factors provide alternative solutions. Selected alternative solutions that have the first priority to improve safety behavior, namely routine training every month, and build collaboration between stakeholders face to face.pment hospital. The purpose of this research is to analyze the human error operator ofpainting division while doing the job and to propose ergonomic intervention to reducehuman error so that it can minimize the risk to work accident. The main problem of thisresearch is the many occurrence of human error in the painting division that can causework accident. These human error problems are identified and resolved by the HEART,SHERPA, and FTA methods. The HEART method is used to measure operator reliability,the SHERPA method for identifying remedial solutions of errors, and FTA methods foranalyzing the underlying factors of occupational accidents. Human Error Probability(HEP) calculation result in HEART method shows the biggest probability is task 1.1 that isoperator use PPE equipment with probability value 0,9176. For the smallest probability isfound in task 1.7.2 that is, the operator puts the object in its original place with probabilityvalue 0.0004. In the SHERPA method the task operator uses PPE equipment and theoperator hooks the string on the hook on the workpiece having the chance of error enteringin the high category. Both jobs also have immediate repair status which should beimmediately repaired. Case studies on occupational accidents of operators falling intoimmertion bath were analyzed by the Fault Tree Analysis method. The result shows thatthe main cause of accident case is human factor so that the top event probability value is0.8946. Proposed ergonomic interventions to be proposed are displays for painting divisionoperators as information and warning media and provide checklist of the use of PPE.
