P Pengambilan sampel dalam penilitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive sampling, melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 105 dan metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPPS.26 dan Structural Equation Models (SEM) dengan software AMOS versi 26 dengan menggunakan survei dngan menyebarkan kuesioner utuk memperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa work-related social media use, dan social capital terhadap innovative work performance berpengaruh positif

T This study Sampling used the purposive sampling method, through a survey using a questionnaire with a total of 105 respondents and the data analysis method in this study used SPPS.26 and Structural Equation Models (SEM) with AMOS version 26 software. Using surveys by distributing questionnaires to obtain research results which shows that work-related social media use, and social capital have a positive effect on innovative work performance.
