P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dari image, perceived value,perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived quality terhadap satisfaction pada Transjakarta. Variabel yang digunakan antara lain : image, perceived value, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived quality dan satisfaction. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 200 responden konsumen yang pernah menggunakan jasa Transjakarta dalam waktu tiga bulan terakhir. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan purposive sampling. Alat anilisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Multiple Regression, diperoleh melalui SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa image, perceived value, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction. Penelitian ini mendapatkan implikasi bagi pengelolaTransjakarta untuk memperkuat dan menjaga kepuasan penumpang, maka pengelola harus memperhatikan variabel-variabel seperti image, perceived value, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived quality, satisfaction.

This research data is made by distributingquestionnaires to 200 respondents who have used Transjakarta services within thelast three months. Sampling technique used purposive sampling. MultipleRegression, get through SPSS. Result of hypothesis test show image, perceivedvalue, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived quality have positiveeffect to satisfaction. This research is useful for Transjakarta managers to strengthenand maintain passenger satisfaction, then managers should pay attention to variablessuch as image, perceived value, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,perceived quality, satisfaction.
