Anteseden attitude toward eating green
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh health consciousness, healthty lifestyle, food safety concern terhadap attitude toward eating green. Penelitian ini menggunakan responden yang didapat sesuai kriteria dengan metode pengambilan sampel purposive sampling sebanyak 216 responden. Pengolahan datanya menggunakan statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software AMOS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa health consciousness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward eating green, healthty lifestyle memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward eating green, food safety concern memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward eating green, dan health consciousness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap healthty lifestyle. Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk pemasar makanan organik untuk menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Kemudian melakukan penyuluhan-penyuluhan kepada konsumen terkait konsumsi makanan organik untuk menghindari bahaya penyakit akibat makanan yang mengandung zat-zat berbahaya dan tidak alami.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of health consciousness, healthy lifestyle, food safety concern on attitude toward eating green. This study used respondents who were obtained according to the criteria by using purposive sampling method as many as 216 respondents. This research uses cross sectional and data processing uses statistical Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 26 software. The results of this study indicate that health consciousness has a positive influence on attitudes toward eating green, healthy lifestyle has a positive influence on attitudes toward eating green, food safety concern has a positive influence on attitudes toward eating green, and health consciousness has a positive influence on healthy lifestyle. The results of this study are useful for organic food marketers to implement appropriate marketing strategies. Then conduct outreach to consumers regarding the consumption of organic food to avoid the dangers of diseases caused by foods that contain harmful and unnatural substances.
