P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Green Human Resource Management, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Identification, Job Embeddedness, dan Self Efficafy Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Karyawan Hotel Berbintang 3 di Bekasi Barat. Persaingan sumber daya manusia menyebabkan setiap perusahaan harus meningkatkan kualitas karyawan nya guna menghadapi persaingan di industri perhotelan yang semakin ketat. Kemunculan fenomena staycation dan pertumbuhan apartemen menyebabkan berkurangnya pengunjung ke hotel disertai menurun nya pemberdayaan fasilitas hotel untuk kepentingan MICE. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang dengan pengambil teknik purposive samplingsedangkan pengolahandatamenggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan software SPSS versi25.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resource Management, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Identification, Job Embeddedness dan Self Efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Implikasi manajerial pada perusahaan perlu menyelaraskan visi dan misi, memberikan pelatihan dan pengembangan diri, mengurangi tekanan pada karyawan, mengapresiasi kinerja karyawan, memberikan kompensasi dan tunjangan yang sesuai dengan kinerja, serta manajer harus menjaga lingkungan kerja yang positif dengan memberi pengakuan dan pujian kepada karyawan agar mereka tetap bersemangat dan tidak berfikir untuk meninggalkan perusahaan dalam waktu dekat sehingga setiap karyawan akan menumbuhkan jiwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Human Resource Management, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Identification, Job Embeddedness, and Self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of 3-Star Hotels in West Bekasi City. Competition for human resources causes every company to improve the quality of its employees in order to face increasingly fierce competition in the hospitality industry. The emergence of the staycation phenomenon and the growth of apartments has led to a reduction in visitors to hotels accompanied by a decrease in empowering hotel facilities for the benefit of MICE.. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 people with a purposive sampling technique while data processing used multiple regression test with SPSS version 25 software. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Green Human Resource Management, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Identification, Job Embeddedness and Self Efficacy have a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Managerial implications for companies need to align vision and mission, provide training and self-development, reduce pressure on employees, appreciate employee performance, provide benefits and benefits according to performance, and managers must maintain a positive work environment by giving recognition and praise to employees so that they remain enthusiastic and don't think of leaving the company in the near future so that every employee will cultivate Organizational Citizenship Behavior
