Abstrak
Abstract

P PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidangpertambangan untuk memproduksi bahan industri semen. Target produksi daribatu gamping untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku semen pada bulan Maret2018 adalah sebesar 485.763 ton/bulan. Namun pada kondisi aktual, produksiyang dihasilkan dari batu gamping belum tercapai yaitu hanya sebesar 394.697ton/bulan. Hal ini dikarenakan rendahnya produktivitas yang didapat dari dumptruck pasangan wheel loader 990H yaitu dump truck 773D serta dump truckpasangan wheel loader 992K yaitu dump truck 777D. Rendahnya produktivitaspasangan alat diakibatkan karena kesesuaian antara alat gali muat dan alatangkutnya masih belum optimal. Match factor yang dihasilkan dari pasangan alatkerja wheel loader 992K dengan dump truck 777D dan wheel loader 990H dengandump truck 773D berturut â€“ turut adalah sebesar 0,61 dan 0,61 dengan jumlah unitaktual yang bekerja sebanyak 3 unit DT 777D dan 4 unit 773D. Dikarenakanmatch factor pasangan alat kerja tidak mencapai 1, maka produksi nyata yangdidapat adalah produksi dari alat dump truck. Oleh karena itu dilakukan evaluasiwaktu siklus dan jam kerja alat pada dump truck 773D dan dump truck 777D.Setelah dilakukan evaluasi didapatkan hasil produktivitas dan produksi baru, padasebelumnya hasil produktivitas alat angkut 773D dan 777D berturut â€“ turut adalah102,90 ton/jam dan 219,77 ton/jam, menjadi 108,83 ton/jam dan 226,72 ton/jam.Pada hasil produksi alat dump truck 773D adalah dari produksi hanya 39.810,09ton/bulan menjadi 50.199,79 ton/bulan. Dan hasil produksi alat dump truck 777Dadalah dari produksi hanya 78.485,61 ton/bulan menjadi 104.580,89 ton/bulan.Dari hasil produksi yang didapat setelah dilakukan evaluasi waktu siklus dan jamkerja alat, maka tidak perlu dilakukan penambahan alat untuk mencapai targetproduksi karena hasil produksinya sudah tercapai dengan total unit aktual yangbekerja yaitu 7 unit dump truck dan hasil produksi yang didapat sebesar 514,542ton/bulan. Tetapi apabila waktu siklus dan jam kerja tidak diperbaiki dandievaluasi, maka perlu ditambahkan 1 unit dump truck 773D dan 1 unit dumptruck 777D untuk mencapai target produksi, sehingga total alat angkut yangbekerja menjadi 9 unit dump truck dari sebelumnya hanya 7 unit dengan hasilproduksi didapat sebesar 512.992,89 ton/bulan.

P PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk is a company engaged in mining to producecement industry materials. The production target of limestone to meet the needs ofcement raw materials in March 2018 is 485,763 tons / month. But in actualconditions, the production produced from limestone has not been achieved, whichis only 394,697 tons / month. This is due to the low productivity obtained fromthe 990H wheel loader pair dump truck, the 773D dump truck and the 992K wheelloader pair dump truck, the 777D dump truck. The low productivity of tool pairsis due to the compatibility between the loader equipment and the haulerequipment that is still not optimal. The match factors produced by the pair of992K wheel loaders with 777D dump trucks and 990H wheel loaders with 773Ddump trucks respectively were 0.61 and 0.61 with the actual number of unitsworking as many as 3 DT 777D units and 4 773D units . Because the match factorof the working equipment pair does not reach 1, the real production obtained isthe production of a dump truck equipment. Therefore, it is evaluated the cycletime and working hours of the 773D dump truck and 777D dump truck. Afterevaluation, the results of new productivity and production were obtained, beforeproductivity of 773D and 777D hauler equipment were 102.90 tons / hour and219.77 tons / hour respectively, to 108.83 tons / hour and 226.72 tons / hour. Theproduction of 773D dump trucks is from production of only 39,810.09 tons /month to 50,199.79 tons / month. And the production of 777D dump trucks isfrom only 78,485.61 tons / month to 104,580.89 tons / month. From theproduction obtained after evaluating the cycle time and working hours of theequipment, there is no need to add tools to achieve the production target becausethe production results have been achieved with the actual total working units of 7dump trucks and 514,542 tons / month. But if the cycle time and working hoursare not repaired and evaluated, then it is necessary to add 1 773D dump truck unitand 1 777D dump truck unit to achieve the production target, so that the totalhauler works to 9 units of dump trucks from the previous 7 units with productionresults obtained for 512,992.89 tons / month.
