P Pertamina Geothermal Energy (Pge) adalah salah satu unit usah a yang bergerak di bidang pemanfaatan panas burni (geothermal). PGE, dituntut untuk dapat mengelola pernsahaan secara profesional dan efisien sehingga panas bumi dapat rnenjad i salah satu sumber energi pilihan utama. Dalam menjawab tuntutan tersebut, PGE membutuhkan seorang pem impin yang mempunyai kemampuan untuk mempengaruhi kclompok atau organisasi kearah tercapainya tujuan. Gaya kepemim pinan yang dianggap sesuai ditunjukkan dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja yang tinggi pada karyawan. Salah satu gaya kepemimpinan yang paling menyeluruh dan ditiru yaitu studi kepemimpinan Ohio state university . Penelitian ini akan mengidentifikasi gaya kepernimpinan yang diterapk all rnanajer, dan mengukur tingkat kepuasan kerja yang terjadi di PGE. Proses pengurnpulan data menggunakan kuesioner gaya kepemimpinan yang diadaptasi dari Leader Behaviour Desaiption Questionaire ( LBDQ ), dan kepuasan kerja adalah Minnesota Sat isfact ion Questionaire ( MSQ ), disebarkan kepada seluruh karyawan di kelima departemen. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan yaitu nilai rata-rata, uji rataan den gan rnenggunakan oneway anova, serta korelasi Pearson . Kesimpulan tingkat gaya kepem impinan dari basil plot peta kuadran yang didapat dengan masing-masing persentase paling besa r d i departemen SDT sebesar 37.5% (kuadran lll), PPU sebesar 44.44% (kuadran III), NV sebesar 33.33% (kuadran I & III), Keu sebesar 57.14% (kuadran II) dan LU sebesar 33.33% (kuadran I & Ill). Depart emen SDT, PPU , NV, Keu dan LU men ghasilkan tingkat gaya kcpemimpinan dimensi consfr{erat ion masing-masing sebesar 3.51, 3.27, 3.32, 3.32, dan 3.79 dari skala 1-5. Hasil keseluruhan di PGE sebesar 3.44, artinya para manajcr sering menerapkan gaya consideration, sedangkan untu k dimensi initiating structure masing rnasing sebesar 2.95, 3.52, 3.51, 3.79, dan 3.37 dari skala 1-5. Hasi l keseluruhan di PGE sebesar 3.43, artinya para manajer sering rnenera pkan gaya iniUating structure . Tingkat kepuasan masing-masing sebesar 2.96, 3. J 2, 3.05, 3.06, dan 3.2 1 dari skala 1-5. l--bsil keseluruhan di PGE sebesar 3.08, artinya para responden bersikap nctral. I-Iasil keseluruhan di PGE sebesar 3.53, artinya variabel-variabel kepuasan dim1ggap penling .Dari basil pengujian korclasi terdapat korelasi posilif yang cukup kuat antara gaynkepemimpinan dengan kepusan ke ja va riabel gaya kepcmimpinan atasan . Oleh karena i tu,para manajer perlu mcningkatkan consideration dan initiating stn1(:fure, agar tingkatkepuasan ketja karyawan tinggi, terutama peningk atan kepuasan di fak!or kcaklifonbeker:ja,jarninan pera sa an aman, kompensasi, dan kondisi lingkungan kc ja .
P Pertamina Geothermal Energy (Pge) is one of the business units engaged in the utilization of heat (geothermal). PGE, is demanded to be able to manage companies professionally and efficiently so that geothermal can become one of the main energy sources of choice. In responding to these demands, PGE needs a leader who has the ability to influence the group or organization towards achieving its goals. Leadership styles that are considered appropriate are indicated by high levels of job satisfaction among employees. One of the most comprehensive and emulated leadership styles is the leadership study of Ohio state university. This research will identify the leadership style applied by all managers, and measure the level of job satisfaction that occurs at PGE. The data collection process uses a leadership style questionnaire that was adapted from the Leader Behavior Desaiption Questionaire (LBDQ), and job satisfaction is the Minnesota Sat ion fact Questionaire (MSQ), distributed to all employees in all five departments. Data processing techniques used are the average value, the average test using oneway anova, and Pearson correlation. The conclusion of the leadership leadership level of the quadrant map plot results obtained with each of the biggest percentage in the SDT department was 37.5% (quadrant lll), PPU of 44.44% (quadrant III), NV by 33.33% (quadrants I & III), Financially is 57.14% (quadrant II) and LU is 33.33% (quadrant I & Ill). The SDT, PPU, NV, Keu and LU departments produce the level of leadership force on the dimensions of the closely related ions of 3.51, 3.27, 3.32, 3.32, and 3.79 on a scale of 1-5. The overall result at PGE is 3.44, meaning that managers often apply the force of consideration, while for the dimensions of the initiating structure each is 2.95, 3.52, 3.51, 3.79, and 3.37 on a scale of 1-5. The overall result at PGE is 3.43, meaning that managers often feel this style of using a structure. The satisfaction levels were 2.96, 3. J 2, 3.05, 3.06, and 3.2 1 on a scale of 1-5. l - the overall rate at PGE is 3.08, meaning that the respondents are neutral. The overall results at PGE are 3.53, meaning that the satisfaction variables are considered important.From the results of correlation testing, there is a fairly strong correlation between gaynleadership with a decision to work with a superior leadership style. Therefore,managers need to increase the consideration and initiating stn1 (: fure, in order to level)Employee satisfaction is high, especially the increase in satisfaction at the faculty or classbeers: yes, security guarantees, compensation, and environmental conditions.
