P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Opennes to Experience, Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement dan Proactive Personality terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 88 responden dari karyawan PT Perta Arun Gas dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa pengaruh dengan menggunakan regresi berganda. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan adanya pengaruh positif Opennes to Experience terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, Tidak terdapat pengaruh Job Satisfaction terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, terdapat pengaruh Work Engagement terhadap Innovative Work Behavior, dan terdapat pengaruh Proactive Personality terhadap Innovative Work Behavior. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk manajer dalam meningkatkan Employee Engagement, Opennes to Experience, dan Proactive Personality dengan cara meningkatkan semangat kerja karyawan dan daya nalar melalui ide-ide yang baik dan menjadi solusi dalam setiap pemecahan masalah yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja.

T The purpose of this research is to examine affect Opennes to Experience, Job Satisfaction, Work Engagement and Proactive Personality toward Innovative Work Behavior. Respondents in this study are 88 respondents from employees’s of PT Perta Arun Gas and the method using purposive sampling and using descriptive statistical analysis methods (average) and multiple regression analysis tools. In this study, there was no positive influence between Opennes to Experience to Innovative Work Behavior, but no have effect of Job Satisfaction on Innovative Work Behavior, there is a positive effect of Work Engagement on Innovative Work Behavior, and there is a positive influence of Proactive Personality toward Innovative Work Behavior. From the results of this study it is recommended for managers to improve Employee Engagement, Opennes to Experience, and Proactive Personality with increasing employee spirit and reasoning through good ideas and become a solution in every problem solving that occurs in the work environment.
