P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara corporate social responsibility dan ethical leadership terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan TPK Koja. Populasi karyawan di TPK Koja sebanyak 652 orang dan responden yangterkumpul untuk penelitian ini berjumlah 157 karyawan TPK Koja. Untuk pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ialah corporate social responsibility dan ethical leadership sebagai variabelindependen, turnover intention sebagai variabel dependen. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakanalat analisis berupa Regresi Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Corporate social responsibility berpengaruh terhadap turnover intentiontetapi tidak signifikan, (2) Ethical leadership berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mempertahankan corporate social responsibility dan ethical leadership sehingga dapat mengurangi turnover intentionpada karyawan di TPK Koja.

T This study aims to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility and ethical leadership on turnover intention of TPK Koja employees. The population of employees at TPK Koja is 652 people and the respondents collected are 157 employeesof TPK Koja. To take the sample using purposive sampling method. The variables in this study are corporate social responsibility and ethical leadership as independent variables,turnover intention as the dependent variable. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. As for testing the hypothesis, the use of an analytical tool in the form of Simple Regression.The results of the study conclude that (1) Corporatesocial responsibility has an effect on turnover intention but is not significant, (2) Ethical leadership has an effect on turnoverintention. The results of this study are to be able to maintain corporate social responsibility and ethical leadership so as to reduce turnover intention of employees at TPK Koja.
