P Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui dampak employee commitment, job satisfaction dan transglobal leadership terhadap employee performance pada PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul Jakarta Barat. Dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode pengujian hipotesis diterapkan dalam riset ini. Menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS, analisis regresi sederhana dipakai untuk pengujian hipotesis. Kumpulan data penelitian terdiri dari personel PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul. Sebanyak 40 sampel data karyawan dari PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Transglobal leadership, job satisfaction, dan employee commitment ialah variabel independen penelitian. Employee performance merupakan variabel dependen. Menurut temuan pada penelitian ini, job satisfaction, transglobal leadership, dan employee commitment semuanya memiliki dampak positif terhadap employee performance. Selain itu, temuan penelitian ini akan membantu para eksekutif fokus pada transglobal leadership, job satisfaction, dan employee commitment untuk meningkatkan employee performance.
T The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance at PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul West Jakarta is impacted by employee commitment, job satisfaction, and transglobal leadership. By distributing questionnaires, descriptive quantitative study was carried out. The hypothesis testing method is used in this investigation. testing hypotheses with SPSS software and basic regression analysis. Employees of PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul West Jakarta provided the data for this study. This study\\\'s data set included 40 employee samples from PT. Jaya Sakti Mandiri Unggul. Transglobal leadership, job satisfaction, and employee commitment are the study\\\'s independent variables. Employee Performance is the dependent variable. The study\\\'s findings indicate that job satisfaction, transglobal leadership, and employee commitment all have a favorable impact on workers\\\' performance. It is anticipated that managers will benefit from this study\\\'s insights into organizational culture, commitment, and perceived organizational support, all of which can enhance employee performance.
