P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh trust inonline store terhadap attitude toward online store dan purchase intention. Sampel yang digunakan berkunjung ke website online garuda indonesia. Hasil empiris dari penelitian ini menggunakan program Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Trust in online store memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Attitude toward online store dan Purchase intention. Trust in online store memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap attitude toward online store, Attitude toward online store memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Purchase intention dan Trust in online store memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Purchase. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebuah acuan perusahaan maskapai garuda indonesia untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap konsumen maskapai garuda indonesia sehingga konsumen terus mengunjungi situs online garuda indonesia untuk melakukan pembelian online.

T This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of trust inonline store on attitude toward online store and purchase intention. The sample used to visit the online website garuda Indonesia. The empirical results of this study used the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of this study are Trust in online store has a positive influence on Attitude toward online store and Purchase intention. Trust in online stores have a positive influence on attitude toward online store, Attitude toward online store has a positive effect on Purchase intention and Trust in online store have positive influence to Purchase. This research can be used as a reference of Garuda Indonesia airline company to improve the quality of service to the consumer of Garuda Indonesia Airlines so that consumers continue to visit the online site of Garuda Indonesia to make online purchases.
