P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh performance appraisal satisfaction terhadap work-family conflict yang dimediasi oleh job stress pada karyawan PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk di Merak.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling pada karyawan produksi PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk sebanyak 146 karyawan. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Amos versi 23.0.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Karyawan bagian produksi PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk menilai performance appraisal satisfaction cukup baik, tingkat job stress yang dirasakan karyawan adalah rendah, dan tingkat work-family conflict adalah cukup rendah. Kemudian, terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan performance appraisal satisfaction terhadap penurunan tingkat work-family conflict dan job stress. Peran job stress sebagai variabel intervening diantara pengar performance appraisal satisfaction terhadap work-family conflict telah terbukti. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik performance appraisal satisfaction diiringi dengan tingkat job stress yang rendah, maka akan dapat menurunkan tingkat work-family conflict.Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini adalah diharapkan manajer lebih dapat menurunkan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya job stress, dengan meningkatkan faktor-faktor dari performance appraisal satisfaction seperti keadilan pemberian insentif pada karyawan, bonus, serta melakukan penilaian objektif dan menjelaskan standar kerja perusahaan yang terbukti mengurangi tingkat work-family conflict.

T This research aims to understand effect of performance appraisal satisfaction toward work-family conflict that is mediated by job stress at employee PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk at Merak.Collection data methods used in this research is survey method distibution the instrument questionnaire. Technique selected sampel with purposive sampling with as many 146 employees production in PT Unggul Indah Cahaya Tbk Analyzed data method in this research used analysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) by AMOS version 23.0.The results of this study indicate that: the level of performance appraisal satisfaction at employees production is category good enough, level of job stress is category low, and level of work-family conflict at employees production is category fair. And then, there has negative and significant effect of performance appraisal satisfaction toward decrease in the level of work-family conflict and job stress; The role of job stress the mediation between the influence performance appraisal satisfaction to work-family conflict has been proven. This shows that the better performance appraisal satisfaction accompanied by low stress job level, they shall be lower the level of work-family conflict.Implication of this study is expected to manager could more reduce factors who caused of the job stress, with improve the factors of performance appraisal satisfaction that has been shown to reduce the level of work-family conflict.
