P PT. PG Rajawali II unit Subang merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang argo industri, produk yang dihasilkan adalah gula. Proses produksi PT. PG Rajawali II unit Subang adalah continuous process. Penelitian ini dilakukan di stasiun puteran, karena tingginya nila ikumulatif downtime yang menyebabkan terhambatnya proses produksi dan menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target produksi. Adapun tingginya nilai kumulatif downtime yang terdapat di stasiun puteran, merupakan kumulatif dari 17(tujuh belas) mesin, yang terbagi atas 2(dua) jenis mesin, yaitu 10 (sepuluh) mesin low grade centrifugal (LGC) dan 7 (tujuh) mesin high grade centrifugal (HGC). Berdasarkan hasil diagram pareto, yang memiliki nilai downtime yang terbesar adalah mesin high grade centrifugal (HGC). Adapun hasil diagram pareto mesin high grade centrifugal yang ditentukan berdasarkan nilai downtime adalah mesin high grade centrifugal 7 (23.98%), mesin high grade centrifugal 6 (20.58%), mesin high grade centrifugal 4 (14.46%), mesin high grade centrifuga /1 (7.92%), mesin high grade centrifugal 5 (6.37%), mesin high grade centrifugal 2 (3.27%) dan mesin high grade centrifugal 3(3.19%). Perhitungan nilai overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai efektivitas mesin. Nilai efektivitas mesin dengan perhitungan overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), yang menunjukkan bahwa mesin high grade centrifugal 7 dan high grade centrifugal 6 memiliki nilai OEE dibawah 95%. Nilai overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) untuk mesin high grade centrifugal 6 pada bulan Juni 2011 dan bulan Agustus 2011 masing-masing bernilai 44.94% 94.03% , serta mesin high grade centrifugal 7 Juli 2011 dan bulan agustus 2011 masing-masing bernilai 94.32% dan 93.61%. Usulan perbaikan sistem perawatan grade centrifugal 7 dan high grade centrifugal 6 dilakukan dengan pendekatan lean assessment dan lean preparation. Lean assessment melakukanevaluali terhadap proses total eductive maintenance (TPM) high grade centrifugal 7 dan high grade centrifugal 6. Hasil lean assessment adalah interval waktu penggantian pencegahan dan irate pemeriksaan serta waste of motion pada pengambilan tools dan komponen, kemudian pada tahap lean preparation memberikan usulan jadwal perawatan mesin untuk musim giling tahun 2012 dan meminimasi waste of motion dengan pembuatan shadow board berdasarkan metode 5S.

P PT. PG Rajawali II unit Subang is a company engaged in the field of industrial argo, the resulting product is sugar. The production process of PT. PG Rajawali II Subang unit is a continuous process. This research was conducted at the puteran station, due to the high of induced cumulative downtime causing inhibition of production process and causing the production target to be missed. The high cumulative value of downtime contained in the puteran station is a cumulative of 17 (seventeen) machines, divided into 2 (two) types of machines, which are 10 (ten) low grade centrifugal machines (LGC) and 7 (seven) high machines grade centrifugal (HGC). Based on the results of the pareto diagram, which has the greatest downtime value is the high grade centrifugal (HGC) machine. The results of pareto diagram of high grade centrifugal machine determined by downtime are high grade centrifugal machine 7 (23.98%), high grade centrifugal machine 6 (20.58%), high grade centrifugal machine 4 (14.46%), high grade centrifugal machine / 1 (7.92%), high grade centrifugal machine 5 (6.37%), high grade centrifugal 2 (3.27%) and high grade centrifugal 3 (3.19%). The calculation of the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) value is done to identify the value of machine effectiveness. The value of engine effectiveness with the calculation of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), which shows that the high grade centrifugal machine 7 and high grade centrifugal 6 has an OEE value below 95%. The value of the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for high grade centrifugal machine 6 in June 2011 and August 2011 were respectively 44.94% 94.03%, and the high grade centrifugal machines on July 7, 2011 and August 2011 respectively were 94.32% and 93.61 %. The proposed repair of 7th and 5th grade centrifugal care system was done by lean assessment and lean preparation approach. Lean assessment evaluates the total process of total eductive maintenance (TPM) of high grade centrifugal 7 and high grade centrifugal 6. The lean assessment results are the interval of replacement prevention and irate inspection and the waste of motion in the taking of tools and components, then at the lean preparation stage proposing schedule engine maintenance for milling season of 2012 and minimize waste of motion by making shadow board based on 5S method.
