Perancangan sistem informasi pelayanan jasa reparasi ban berbasis website menggunakan metode object oriented analysis design di pt. Ossiana sakti ekamaju
O Ossiana Sakti Ekamaju adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan reparasi ban dump truck dan loader berukuran 45/65 – 45 inch dan 27.00 – 49 inch. Perusahaan memberi pelayanan reparasi ban dengan jenis kerusakan seperti crack buster, dirty mould, hingga blown thread. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu perusahaan belum memiliki sistem pelayanan informasi reparasi yang mengkomunikasikan estimasi due date secara real time kepada Customer. Kesalahan estimasi dalam penyelesaian waktu proses reparasi menyebabkan keterlambatan sebesar 42% dan merugikan Customer. Hal ini dapat berdampak dengan pemborosan waktu, proses, serta sumber daya manusia yang terdapat pada perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan merancang alur sistem proses pelayanan reparasi ban sehingga dapat menghasilkan sistem pelayanan informasi estimasi due date yang real time. Metode yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini adalah Object Oriented Analysis Design, dimulai dengan menganalisis sistem pelayanan reparasi ban saat ini. Digambarkan menggunakan diagram Unified Modelling Languange. Setelah menganalisis sistem, dilanjutkan dengan merancang sistem informasi dengan Unified Modelling Language dan mengevaluasinya dengan pengujian Usability Testing dan Black Box Testing. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu sistem pelayanan reparasi ban berbasis website yang user friendly dan mampu menghasilkan pelayanan yang real time.Kata kunci – Sistem Informasi Pelayanan; Object Oriented Analysis Design; Unified Modelling Language
P PT. Ossiana Sakti Ekamaju is a company engaged in repair services for dump truck and loader tires measuring 45/65 – 45 inches and 27.00 – 49 inches. The company provides tire repair services with types of damage such as crack buster, dirty mold, and blown threads. The problem that occurs is that the company does not yet have a repair information service system that communicates estimated due dates in real time to customers. Estimation errors in the completion of the repair process lead to a delay of 42% and harm the customer. This can have an impact on wasting time, processes, and human resources in the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze and design the flow of the tire repair service process system so that it can produce a real time due date estimation information service system. The method used in this research process is Object Oriented Analysis Design, starting with analyzing the current tire repair service system. Described using the Unified Modeling Language diagram. After analyzing the system, proceed with designing an information system using the Unified Modeling Language and evaluating it by testing Usability Testing and Black Box Testing. The results of the study are a website-based tire repair service system that is user friendly and capable of producing real time services.
