Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis green intellectual capital dancorporate social responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel independentyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah green human capital, green structuralcapital, green relational capital dan coporate social responsibility. Variabeldependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja perusahaan.Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasilkuesioner dengan sampel 100 responden karyawan dari 20 perusahaan industryPangan dan Pupuk di BUMN periode 2017-2021. Metode pengambilan samplemenggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodeanalisis regresi linier berganda. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujianhipotesis adalah SPSS.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green human capital, greenstructural capital, green relational capital dan corporate social responsibilityberpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penerapan green intellectualcapital dan corporate social responsibility membawa implikasi pada praktekperusahaan baik bagi para investor, manajemen perusahaan maupun perusahaan itusendiri. Memahami dan menerapkan green intellectual capital dan corporate socialresponsibility dapat membantu upaya perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerjabeserta citra perusahaannya dan diakui oleh masyarakat sekitarnya

T This study aims to test the hypothesis of green intellectual capital andcorporate social responsibility on company performance. The independent variablesused in this research are green human capital, green structural capital, greenrelational capital and corporate social responsibility. The dependent variable usedin this study is company performance.The data used is primary data obtained from questionnaire results with asample of 100 employee respondents from 20 food and fertilizer industry companiesin BUMN for the 2017-2021 period. The sampling method used purposive samplingmethod. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. Theanalytical method used for hypothesis testing is SPSS.The results of this study indicate that green human capital, green structuralcapital, green relational capital and corporate social responsibility have a positiveeffect on company performance. The application of green intellectual capital andcorporate social responsibility has implications for corporate practice for investors,company management and the company itself. Understanding and implementinggreen intellectual capital and corporate social responsibility can help the company'sefforts to improve its performance along with its corporate image and be recognizedby the surrounding community.
