P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh employee brand image terhadap employee engagement melalui employee satisfaction. Employee brand image sebagai penelitian ini hal yang utama yang akan jadi pokok pembahasan adalah pengaruhnya employee brand image terhadap employee engagement karyawan untuk menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan perlu memiliki engagement karyawan untuk memajukan perusahaan dan memberikan dukungan untuk perusahaan agar bisa memiliki Brand image yang terkenal di antara produk sejenisnya. Dan employee satisfaction sebagai kepuasan karyawan terhadap perusahaan yang di tunjukkan dengan semangatnya bekerja dan fasilitas dan menghargai setiap karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT Nutrifood Indonesia dan dikumpulkan dengan metode purpose sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dimensi Employee brand image yang memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap employee engagement dan employee satisfaction. dapat disimpulkan bahwa dimensi employee brand image dapat melibatkan employee engagement dan employee brand image dapat memberikan rasa employee satisfaction

The sample used in this study amounted to 120 respondents who were employees of PT. Nutrifood Indonesia and collected by purposive sampling method. The result of this study are dimensions of Employee brand image that have a direct influence on Employee engagement and Employee satisfaction. it can be concluded that the dimensions of Employee brand image can involve Employee engagement and Employee brand image can provide a sense of Employee sarisfaction.
