P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Employee Empowerment, Affective Organizational Commitment, Knowledge Sharing terhadap Job Satisfaction. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden dari karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling serta menggunakan metode analisa data statistik deskriptif (rata-rata) dan analisa refresi berganda. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan terdapat pengaruh positif Employee Empowerment terhadap Job Satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif Affective Organizational Commitment terhadap Job Satisfaction dan terdapat pengaruh positif Knowledge Sharing terhadap Job Satisfaction. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan manajer untuk lebih meningkatkan Job Satisfaction pada perusahaan dimana sebaiknya pihak manajemen lebih memperhatikan gaji yang sesuai dengan kinerja karyawannya dan bagaimana pihak manajemen harus lebih memperhatikan karyawannya dengan cara memberikan saran dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan sehingga karyawan merasa diperhatikan oleh atasannya.

T The purpose of this research is to examine affect Employee Empowerment, Affective Organizational Commitment, Knowledge Sharing to Job Satisfaction. Respondenets in this study are 40 respondents from emploee’s of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk and the samling method using purposive sampling and using descriptive statistical analysis methods (average) and multiple refression analysis. In this study, there was a positive influence between Employee Empowerment on Job Satisfaction, there was a positive affect of Affective Organizational Commitment on Job Satisfaction and there was a positive affect of Knowledge Sharing on Job Satisfaction. From the results of this study it is suggested for manager to improve Job Satisfaction in companies where management should pay more attention to salaries that match the perfomance of their employee’s and how management should pay more attention to their employee’s by giving advice in carrying out work so that employee’s feel cared for by their superiors.
