Pengaruh human resource management practices terhadap intention to quit yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction pada karyawan PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor
P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh HumanResource Management Practices tehadap Intention to Quit yang dimediasi oleh Job Satisfaction pada karyawan PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor di bagian produksi. Sampelyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumah 110 responden. Metode penarikandata menggunakan metode cluster sampling. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metodeStructural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Human ResourceManagement Practices tidak memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap Intention to Quit,(2) Pengaruh positif Human Resource Management Practices terhadap JobSatisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap Intention toQuit, (4) Job Satisfaction tidak memediasi pengaruh negatif antara Human ResourceManagement Practices dengan Intention to Quit.Penelitian ini memberikan saran agar dapat dilakukan dengan menambahdimensi Job Satisfacton dan variabel independen seperti OrganizationalCommitment. Penelitian ini juga dapat dilakukan pada industri manufaktur lainnya.
T This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of Human ResourceManagement Practices on Intention to Quit mediated with Job Satisfaction on theEmployees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. This research population used 110respondents. The method of collecting data used is cluster sampling method. Thetesting is conducted by Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The result of thisresearch are (1) Human Resource Management Practices don’t have a negative effecton Intention to Quit, (2) Positive impact of Human Resource Management Practiceson the Job Satisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction doesn’t have a negative effect onIntention toquit Quit, (4) Job Satisfaction couldn’t mediate the the negative effectbetween Human Resource Management Practices and Intention to Quit.The study provides an advise, it could be conducted with an additionaldimension of Job Satisfaction and dependent variable such as OrganizationalCommitment. This study also can be applied in other manufacturing companies.
