P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work Environment,Job Stress, Work-Life Balance terhadapEmployee Performance pada karyawan di industri manufaktur yang berada di daerah Cibitung tepatnya di PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corporation.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Work Environment,Job Stress, Work-Life Balance dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Employee Performance.Data dalam penelitian dikumpulkan dari populasi dalam jumlah karyawan dari divisi PCD (Production Control Departement) yang bekerja pada PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corporationdan terkumpul sebanyak 153 orang.Uji hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positifwork environment terhadap employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positif dari tidak adanyajob stress terhadap employee performance, terdapat pengaruh positifwork-life balance terhadap employee performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan industri manufaktur di Cibitung dapat mempertahankan work environmentdengan cara menjaga tingkat kesejukan dan kebisingan agar terasa lebih nyaman. Mempertahankan job stress dengan cara mendiskusikan terlebih dahulu tingkat kemampuan karyawan ketikaakan diberikantugas agar tidak membebani karyawan secara berlebihan. Mempertahankan work-life balance dengan cara memberikan day off kepada karyawan yang telah melakukan lembur
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Environment, Job Stress, Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance of employees in the manufacturing industry located in the Cibitung area, precisely at PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corporation. The independent variables in this study are Work Environment, Job Stress, Work-Life Balance and the dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance. The data in this study were collected from the population in the number of employees from the PCD (Production Control Department) division who worked at PT. Nusa Toyotetsu Corporation and collected 153 people. The hypothesis test used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study show that there is a positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, there is a positive effect of the absence of job stress on employee performance, there is a positive effect of work-life balance on employee performance. The managerial implication in this study is that it is hoped that the manufacturing industry in Cibitung can maintain a work environment by maintaining coolness and noise levels to make it feel more comfortable. Maintaining job stress by first discussing the level of ability of employees when given assignments so as not to overload employees. Maintain work-life balance by providing day off to employees who have done overtime
