T The basic of national development are to build and to develop .. something which will give benefit for prosperous society, using resources and infrastructure efficiently, and minimize negative effect on environment.Industrial estate development will give many problems in space systems and environment if we do not make a good plan since. the early stage, especially on planning Perum Perun industrial site at Karaw'ang, West Java. Development plan are focusing in regional planting and utilization of bare area, also to increase the space function. This plan is suitable with the objective, which is to increase the potency and to reduce the process of environmental problems.At development process stage of landscape planning in Perum Peruri industrial site, a few problems may appear. These problems have to be anticipated and will give a recommendation toward development policy.•To avoid implant and disintegrated development, it is need to make an integrated 'general plan of space systems'. That is why result of landscape planning in Perum Peruri industrial site will be a 'general plan of open space system' complete with the development basic criteria. But before that a planner should do some planning process like : identification of problems and opportunity, the establishment of goals, suitability analysis, planning concepts, plan alternative option and choices for development, make landscape plan, make detailed design, so in the end a planner can implement their plan with more reasonable way and it can be hold responsible for.
