P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Authentic Leadership, Capacity Building, Organizational Support for Career Development terhadap Employee Performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang melibatkan karyawan PT. Bella Citra, Cikarang yaitu sebanyak 90 responden. Alat analisa pada penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22. Total nilai rata-rata statistik deskriptif untuk Authentic Leadership adalah 3.910, Untuk Capacity Building adalah 3.520 , Organizational Support for Career Development adalah 3.443, Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh positif antara Authentic Leadership terhadap Employee Performance, lalu terdapat juga pengaruh positif antara Capacity Building terhadap Employee Performance, dan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Organizational Support for Career Development terhadap Employee Performance, hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada manajer untuk tetap mempertahankan gaya kepemimpinan yang bersifat otentik dengan cara tetap melakukan yang sebagaimana pemimpin lakukan seperti mendengarkan perbedaan pandangan sebelum mengambil keputusan untuk organisasi dan lebih meningkatkan dukungan organisasi terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan dengan memberikan bonus yang lebih dari yang sudah diberikan sebelumnya.

T The objective of the empirical study is to examine and to analyze the impact of Authentic Leadership, Capacity Building, Organizational Support for Career Development on Employee Performance. This research uses field research by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method using purposive sampling involving 90 employees of PT. Bella Citra, Cikarang. The analysis tools in this research is simple regression with version SPSS 22.0. The average total descriptive statistics of Employee Performance are 3.910, for the it Capacity Building scores 3.520, and for the Organizational Support for Career Development are 3.443. As for the result of this study there is positively impact of Authentic Leadership on Employee performance with and Capacity Building have positive impact on employee performance aswell and the same goes with Organizational Support for Career Development on Employee Performance. From the result study, it is suggested for manager to withhold the authentic styled leadership, by keep doing the same thing such as listen to the diverse point-of-view before making a managerial decision and to increase Organizational Support for Career Development employee’s by giving more sufficient bonus then it were before as the employee will be more than willing to partake the career development program.
