P Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Mutual Disclosure (Server Disclosure dan Customer Disclosure) terhadap Commitment dan Loyalty melalui Trust. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data dikumpulakn langsung melalui penyebaran kuesoner kepada 150 responden. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structure Equation Model (SEM). Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif Mutual Disclosure terhadap Commitment dan Loyalty melalui Trust. Hasil penelitian ini dapat di gunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi para manajer untuk meningkatkan Mutual Disclosure agar tercipta Trust sehingga menghasilkan Loyalty.
T This research was conducted to find out the influence of the Mutual Disclosure (Disclosure and Disclosure of Customer Server) against the Commitment and Loyalty through Trust. The data used in this research is the primary data. Directly through the dissemination of Quesioner to 150 respondents. Sample retrieval techniques in this research is by using Purposive Sampling. Test instrument test data using the test validity and reliability. Test the hypothesis in this study uses the Structure Equation Models (SEM). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a positive influence Mutual Disclosure against the Commitment and Loyalty through Trust. The results of this research can be used as consideration for managers to increase the Mutual Disclosure in order that created the Trust so as to generate Loyalty.
