P Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh brand image, product quality dan pricing strategy terhadap customer loyalty pada industri kecantikan produk skincare asal korea selatan di indonesia. pengumpulan data dilakukan secara cross-sectional dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online melalui google form kepada 224 responden. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu non-propability sampling denganteknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. data dianalisis menggunakan metode structural equation modeling (sem) dengan menggunakan software smartpls 4.0. hasil dalam penelitian menunjukan brand image berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty, product quality berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty, dan pricing staretgy berpengaruh terhadap customer loyalty.

T This study examines the influence of brand image, product quality, and pricing strategy on customer loyalty in the south korean skincare beauty industry in indonesia. data collection was conducted cross-sectionally by distributing an online questionnaire via google forms to 224 respondents. the data collection method used was non- propability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (sem) with smartpls 4.0 software. the results indicate that brand image influences customer loyalty, product quality influences customer loyalty, and pricing strategy influences customer loyalty.
