Abstrak
Abstract

P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklarifikasi pengaruh attitude towards the behaviour, subjective norm, perceived behaviour control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confirmation, external variables, dan satisfaction terhadap willingness of continuous behaviour penumpang layanan brt. penelitian ini menggunakan data yang diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online kepada individu penumpang bus rapid transit yang rutin menggunakan brt. penelitian ini menggunakan non probability samping, dengan teknik purposive sampling. sampel data yang diteliti adalah sebesar 318 responden, dengan metode sem sebagai metode analisis data.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived behaviour control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confirmation, external variables, dan satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap willingness of continuous behaviour. namun, ditemukan bahwa attitude towards behaviour dan subjective norm tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap willingness of continuous behaviour, dan confirmation tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap perceived usefulness.

T This study aims to clarify the influence of attitude towards the behaviour, subjective norm, perceived behavioural control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confirmation, external variables, and satisfaction on passengers\\\' willingness for continuous behaviour in bus rapid transit (brt) services. the research uses data collected through online questionnaires distributed to regular brt passengers. this study employs non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. the sample size consists of 318 respondents, and data analysis is conducted using the structural equation modeling (sem) method.the results show that perceived behavioural control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confirmation, external variables, and satisfaction have a positive influence on willingness of continuous behaviour. however, it was found that attitude towards behaviour and subjective norm do not have a positive influence on willingness of continuous behaviour, and confirmation does not have a positive influence on perceived usefulness.
