P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan perubahan yang terjadi jika ditambahkan dengan aditif Diesel Oil terhadap sifat-sifat fisik semen pemboran kelas G berdasarkan suhu 38 C, yaitu Rheology, PV (Plastic Viscosity), YP (Yield Point), Free Water, Thickening Time dan Compressive Strength. Diharapkan aspek-aspek didapatkan sifat-sifat yang memenuhi persayaratan operasi penyemenan sumur. Pengujian sifat fisik semen di laboratorium yang akan dilakukan adalah menguji sifat-sifat fisik bubur semen pemboran yaitu Rheology, PV (Plastic Viscosity), YP (Yield Point), Free Water, Thickening Time dan Compressive Strength, jika menggunakan aditif Diesel Oil. Diperoleh hasil dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1). Diesel oil cement (DOC) termasuk dalam sifat semen fluid loss control yang berfungsi mencegah hilangnya fluida semen kedalam formasi. 2). Dengan adanya penambahan aditif maka nilai kekentalan atau PV semakin menurun dan dengan adanya penambahan aditif maka nilai kekuatan titik luluh material atau YP semakin meningkat. 3). Standar API sifat fisik untuk free water adalah tidak boleh melebihi 3.5 ml. Jadi dari hasil penelitian didapat, maka free water yang memenuhi standar adalah penambahan aditif dari 1.5% hingga 5.0%. 4). Penambahan aditif diesel oil cement mempengaruhi lama thickening time. Jadi semakin banyak aditif dipakai maka semakin lama thickening time. 5). Standar API sifat fisik untuk comprehensive strenght adalah tidak boleh kurang dari 1500 psi. Dari hasil penelitian, maka hanya penambahan aditif 1% dan 5% yang memenuhi standar API. 6). Dari hasil penlitian ini direkomendasikan penambahan aditif diesel oil cement sebanyak 5.0% dikarenakan penambahan aditif 5% memenuhi syarat-syarat standar API untuk sifat-sifat fisik semen.

With the addition of additives, the value or PV viscosity decreases with the addition of an additive and the value of the material strength or yield point YP increasing. 3). Standard API physical properties for free water should not exceed 3.5 is ml. So from the results obtained, the free water that meets the standard is the addition of an additive from 1.5% to 5.0%. 4). The addition of diesel oil additives affect the long cement thickening time. So the more additives used the longer thickening time. 5). Standard APIs for a comprehensive physical strenght is not to be less than 1500 psi. From the research, it is only the addition of an additive 1% and 5%, which meets the standard API. 6). From the results of this penlitian recommended the addition of diesel oil cement additives as much as 5.0% due to the addition of 5% additive meets the requirements of standard APIs for the physical properties of the cement.
