P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti empiris tentangpengaruh Profitabilitas, Pendidikan Direksi, dan Corporate Posture terhadapPengungkapan Kinerja Keberlanjutan. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yangdiperoleh dari laporan keberlanjutan, laporan tahunan, dan laporan keuanganperusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2019 –2022. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling.Uji yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linier berganda yang diolahmenggunakan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Direksiberpengaruh positif terhadap Pengungkapan Kinerja Keberlanjutan. SedangkanProfitabilitas dan Corporate Posture tidak berpengaruh terhadap PengungkapanKinerja Keberlanjutan.
T This study aims to examine and provide empirical evidence on the influence ofProfitability, Board of Directors\\\' Education, and Corporate Posture on SustainabilityPerformance Disclosure. The study uses secondary data obtained from sustainabilityreports, annual reports, and financial statements of energy sector companies listed onthe Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The sampling method used in thisresearch is purposive sampling. The tests conducted in this study are multiple linearregression tests processed using SPSS 27. The results of the study show that the Boardof Directors\\\' Education have a positive effect on Sustainability PerformanceDisclosure, while Profitability and Corporate Posture does not affect SustainabilityPerformance Disclosure.
