T Tugas Akhir ini menjelaskan rancangan sebuah bangunan. Proyek yang akan dikerjakan adalah sebuah Perancangan Resort Hotel Palm Springs di Nongsa Batam dengan Pendekata Arsitektur Neo Vernakular Pada kawasan tersebut diperuntukan sebagai kawasan tourism area dengan view pantai dan bukit golf yang tersedia pada kawasan Palm Springs Nongsa Batam tersebut, dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Neo Vernakular yang menjadi panduan untuk mendesain untuk menjawab permasalahan yang ada pada kawasan Nongsa Batam.

T This Final Project explains the design of a building. The project to be undertaken is a Hotel Palm Springs Resort Design in Nongsa Batam with a Neo Vernacular Architectural ApproachIn the area is intended as a tourism area area with beach and golf hill view available in Palm Springs Nongsa Batam area, with Neo Vernacular Architecture approach which become the guide to design to answer the problems that exist in Nongsa Batam area.The purpose of designing a resort hotel in Nongsa Batam is to design a comfortable building inhabited by tourists for long periods of time by maximizing the existing natural resources at the site, without damaging the nature, as well as facilitating tourists to undertake recreational activities such as Play Golf with the widest golf course On the Nongsa area and doing recreation on the Nongsa beach.The thing to note in the design is how the Hotel Resort building provides comfort and leisure vacation for anyone who visit it, can provide supporting facilities that recreation area that support the needs of guests who stay and who do not stay, and can become a building that has the attraction in the region Palm Springs in Nongsa Batam.
