P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, transformational leadership terhadap employee commitment yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan 140 responden karyawan media digital di jakarta dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form. data analisis menggunakan metode structural equation model (sem) dengan bantuan software spss dan amos versi 26 serta sobel test. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa job satisfaction berperan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh work life balance, tranformational leadership terhadap employee commitment. implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini diharapkan manajer dapat meningkatkan employee commitment dengan cara menjaga kepercayaan, meningkatkan work life balance dengan cara memberikan fleksibilitas waktu kerja dan mendukung kebijakan jarak jauh, meningkatkan transformational leadership dengan cara memberikan motivasi yang bersifat visioner, serta meningkatkan job satisfaction dengan cara mengevaluasi beban kerja dan memberikan umpan balik atau penghargaan terhadap kinerja.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of work-life balance and transformational leadership on employee commitment, mediated by job satisfaction. the research employed purposive sampling, involving 140 employees from digital media in jakarta, by distributing questionnaires via google forms. data were analyzed using the structural equation modeling (sem) method, assisted by spss and amos version 26 software, along with the sobel test. the results of this study indicate that job satisfaction plays a mediating role in the positive influence of work life balance, transformational leadership on employee commitment. the managerial implications of this study suggest that managers should strengthening employee commitment by fostering trust, enhancing work-life balance through flexible working hours and remote work policies, strengthening transformational leadership by providing visionary motivation, and improving job satisfaction by evaluating workloads and offering feedback or recognition for employee performance.
