P Perkembangan layanan keuangan digital di indonesia telah mendorong peningkatanadopsi electronic wallet sebagai alternatif transaksi non-tunai yang praktis dan cepat.namun, meskipun jumlah pengguna electronic wallet terus meningkat, terdapatindikasi stagnasi dalam intensi perilaku untuk terus menggunakannya secaraberkelanjutan. menurunnya kepercayaan akibat isu keamanan menjadi tantangan nyatadalam mempertahankan behavioral intention pengguna untuk terus menggunakanelectronic wallet secara berkelanjutan. dalam hal ini, consumer knowledge didugamemiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,trust dan attitude yang mendasari behavioral intention pengguna untuk terusmenggunakan electronic wallet secara berkelanjutanpenelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis pengaruh consumer knowledge terhadap perceived usefulness, perceivedease of use, dan trust, serta pengaruh ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap attitude, yangselanjutnya berpengaruh pada behavioral intention. penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesionerkepada 165 responden pengguna electronic wallet dan telah melakukan transaksimenggunakan electronic wallet setidaknya satu kali dalam tiga bulan terakhir. analisisdata dilakukan dengan metode structural equation modeling (sem) menggunakanamos.hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa consumer knowledge berpengaruhpositif terhadap perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan trust. ketiga variabelini kemudian berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude, dan attitude berpengaruh positifterhadap behavioral intention. temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemahaman konsumenterhadap fitur, manfaat, dan keamanan teknologi berperan krusial dalam membentuksikap dan niat untuk terus menggunakan electronic wallet.kata kunci: consumer knowledge, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,trust, attitude, behavioral intention, e-wallet
T The development of digital financial services in indonesia has led to an increase in theadoption of electronic wallets as a practical and fast alternative to cashlesstransactions. however, although the number of electronic wallet users continues toincrease, there are indications of stagnation in behavioral intention to continue usingit sustainably. declining trust due to security issues is a real challenge in maintainingusers\\\' behavioral intention to continue using electronic wallets on an ongoing basis.in this case, consumer knowledge is thought to have an important role in shapingperceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, trust and attitude which underlie users\\\'behavioral intention to continue using electronic wallets on an ongoing basis. thisstudy aims to analyze the effect of consumer knowledge on perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use, and trust, as well as the effect of these three variables onattitude, which in turn affects behavioral intention. this study uses a quantitativeapproach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 165respondents who use electronic wallets and have made transactions using electronicwallets at least once in the last three months. data analysis was carried out using thestructural equation modeling (sem) method using amos.the results showed thatconsumer knowledge has a positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease ofuse, and trust. these three variables then have a positive effect on attitude, and attitudehas a positive effect on behavioral intention. this finding confirms that consumerunderstanding of technology features, benefits, and security plays a crucial role inshaping attitudes and intentions to continue using electronic wallets.keywords: consumer knowledge, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,trust, attitude, behavioral intention, e-wallet
