P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi dari Work-Life BalancePada Pengaruh Job Demand dan Workplace Resources Terhadap Job Satisfaction.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data cross sectional, yaituvariabel-variabel yang di kumpulkan pada responden terpilih pada suatu waktutertentu dalam rangka menjawab pertanyaan dan pernyataan dari peneliti. Sampelpenelitian dipilih menggunakan metode slovin yang diperoleh sebanyak 301perawat. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk uji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresiberganda dengan menggunakan program Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa terdapat pengaruh Job Demand terhadap Work-Life Balance. Selanjutnyahasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh Workplace Resources terhadapWork-Life Balance. Lalu hasil penelitian berikutnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapatpengaruh Work-Life Balance terhadap Job Satisfaction. Selain itu, hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa variabel Work-Life Balance terbukti dapat memediasi JobDemand dan Workplace Resources terhadap Job Satisfaction. Hasil dari penelitianini adalah seluruh variabel yang diuji didalam penelitian ini semua nya berpengaruhsignifkan yang berarti bahwa perawat mengalami kepuasan pada pekerjaan merekadari sudut pandang variabel yang diuji.

T This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Work-Life Balance on theRelationship Between Job Demand and Workplace Resources on Job Satisfaction.The data used in this study is cross sectional data, namely the variables collectedon selected respondents at a certain time in order to answer questions and statementsfrom researchers. The research sample was selected using the slovin methodobtained as many as 301 nurses. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis ismultiple regression analysis using the Smart PLS program. The results showed thatthere was an effect of Job Demand on Work-Life Balance. Furthermore, the resultsof the study show that there is an effect of Workplace Resources on Work-LifeBalance. Then the results of the next research show that there is an effect of Work-Life Balance on Job Satisfaction. In addition, the results of the study show that theWork-Life Balance variable is proven to be able to mediate Job Demand andWorkplace Resources on Job Satisfaction. The result of this research is that all ofthe variables tested in this study have a significant effect, which means that nursesexperience satisfaction with their work from the point of view of the variables beingtested
