Pengaruh servant leadership perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction terhadap job performance pada karyawan PT. Pertamina Internasional EP di Jakarta
j jadi perusahaan energi internasional kelas dunia, PT. Pertamina Internasional EP memberikan perhatian yang sangat tinggi untuk terciptanya pekerja yang berkualitas unggul dan mumpuni di bidangnya. Pengembangan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia PIEP dilakukan secara terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan untuk mewujudkan pekerja unggul tersebut. Penilaian Job Performa pekerja dan identifikasi faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi dirasa perlu untuk dilakukan guna menunjang tujuan dan target bisnis perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa Job Performance dengan memperhatikan faktor yang mempengaruhi antara lain Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support dan Job Satisfaction. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pertamina Internasional EP dengan responden sebanyak 128 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan jumlah pertanyaan sebanyak 33 item. Rancangan yang dipakai untuk penelitian ini yaitu testing hypothesis dan pengujian menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasilnya Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance, Perceived Organizational Support tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Performance. Semakin baik Job Satisfaction dapat meningkatkan Job Performance, Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Organizational Support, Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction.

Pertamina Internasional EP has a vision to become a world-class international energy company that in managing human resources need must be integrated and sustainable manner to create superior workers. Job performance can be used as one of the tools to make employee development policies to support company goals and targets. The aim of this research is to analyse the correlation between Servant Leadership, Perceived Organizational Support, and Job Satisfaction with Job Performance. Population in this study is PT. Pertamina Internasional EP employee as respondents. The data were collected from a survey with 33 item questionnaire and sample consisted of 128 participants. Structural Equation Modeling was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The results revealed a positive and significant influence of Servant Leadership on Job Performance; a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Job Performance; a positive and significant influence of Servant Leadership on Perceived Organizational Support; a positive and significant influence of Servant Leadership on Job Satisfaction and a positive and significant influence of Perceived Organizational Support on Job Satisfaction.
