T Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Digital Leadership terhadap Employee Voice Behavior dan Innovative Work Behavior karyawan Generasi X, serta memahami peran Work Engagement sebagai mediator. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari kuesioner melalui google form yang disebarkan kepada responden di Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga terkumpul sebanyak 174 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Digital Leadership berpengaruh positif terhadap Employee Voice Behavior dan Innovative Work Behavior karyawan Generasi X di Kantor Pusat maupun Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Work Engagement dapat memediasi pengaruh Digital Leadership terhadap Employee Voice Behavior dan Innovative Voice Behavior. Adapun implikasi manajerial yang dapat digunakan oleh pihak manajemen atas hasil penelitian ini antara lain adalah manajemen perlu terus meningkatkan komunikasi dengan mensosialisasikan visi dan misi organisasi yang relevan dengan strategi digital, sehingga seluruh pegawai tanpa memandang generasi dapat memahami peran yang dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi

T This thesis aims to analyze the influence of Digital Leadership on Employee Voice Behavior and Innovative Work Behavior among Generation X employees, as well as to understand the role of Work Engagement as a mediator. The data used in this research was obtained from a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to respondents at the Head Office and Representative Offices of Bank Indonesia, with a purposive sampling method resulting in a total of 174 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Leadership variable positively affects Employee Voice Behavior and Innovative Work Behavior of Generation X employees in both the Head Office and Representative Offices of Bank Indonesia. The findings also suggest that Work Engagement can mediate the influence of Digital Leadership on Employee Voice Behavior and Innovative Work Behavior. The managerial implications derived from this research indicate that management should continuously enhance communication by socializing the organization’s vision and mission that aligns with digital strategies, so that all employees, regardless of their generation, can understand their roles in achieving the organization’s objectives.
