P Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari work discipline,remuneration, dengan work environment terhadap employee performance yangdimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperolehmelalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap responden dengan menggunakan metodenon-random sampling dari karyawan yang bekerja diperbankan syariah Jakartabarat sebanyak 210 responden. Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang dianalisismenggunakan software AMOS 22 menjadi alat analisis yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work discipline, remuneration,work environment berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction dan employeeperformance. Job satisfaction terbukti dapat memediasi work discipline,remuneration, dan work environment. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian iniadalah manajemen bank syariah dapat meningkatkan employee performancedengan kedisiplinan waktu kerja komunikasi kepada karyawan terkait perolehanremunerasi, kesempatan karyawan berpartisipasi dalam pengambilan keputusan,dan sosialisasi kesempatan promosi sehingga karyawan dapat mengetahui adanyapromosi yang adil dan objektif.
T This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Discipline, remuneration and workenvironment on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. Thedata used in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires torespondents using a non-random sampling method from 210 employees working insharia banking in West Jakarta. The Structural Equation Model (SEM) describedusing AMOS 22 software is the analytical tool used in this research. The researchresults show that work discipline, remuneration, work environment influence jobsatisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction has been proven tomediate work discipline, remuneration and work environment.The managerialimplication in this study is that slamic bank management can improve employeeperformance by being disciplined in working hours, communicating with employeesregarding remuneration, opportunities for employees to participate in decisionmaking, and socializing promotion opportunities so that employees can be awareof fair and objective promotions.
