P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformational leadership dan incentive and rewards terhadap employee performance dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dengan instrumen penelitian berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel penelitianmerupakan karyawan BPJS Kesehatan Kedeputian Wilayah IV sebanyak 282 karyawan. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dengan Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan transformational leadership berpengaruhterhadap employee performance, transformational leadership berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, incentive and rewards tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, incentive and rewards berpengaruh terhadap job satisfaction, job satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, dan job satisfaction mampu memediasi transformational leadership dan incentive and rewards terhadap employee performance. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian, pemimpin perusahaan dapat meluangakan waktu untuk mengajar, manajemen mengatur pemberian incentive and rewards, seperti tunjangan transportasi, memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan untuk menggunakan keterampilan dan kemampuannya secara mandiri, serta memberikan kesempatan yang sama untuk promosi. Untuk meningkatkan employee performance, manajemen dapat mengatur pemberian tunjangan bagi karyawan yang melaksanakan lembur. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat melibatkan data hasil penilaian kinerja dari karyawan yang menjadi responden dari perusahaan, menganalisis lebih pengaruh dari dimensi setiap variabel, dan gaya kepemimpinan lain untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap employee performance.
T This research aims to analyze the mediating role influence of job satisfaction in the influence of transformational leadership and incentives and rewards on employee performance. The data obtained in this research is primary data with a research instrument in the form of distributing questionnaires. The research sample was 282 employees in BPJS Kesehatan Region IV. Research data was analyzed using descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing with Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 22 software. The research results showed that transformational leadership had an effect on employee performance, transformational leadership hadan effect on job satisfaction, incentives and rewards had no effect on employee performance, incentives and rewards had an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction can mediate transformational leadership and incentives and rewards on employee performance. Managerial implications in research, company leaders can spend time teaching, management arranges incentives and rewards, such as transportation allowances, provides opportunities for employees to use skills and abilities independently, and provides equal opportunities for promotion. To improve employee performance, management can arrange the provision of allowances foremployees who carry out overtime. Further research could involve data from performance appraisal results of employees who are respondents from the company, analyzing more of the influence of the dimensions of each variable, and other leadership styles to determine their effect on employee performance
