S Status gizi merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat.Permasalahan status gizi di Indonesia pada saat ini tidak terbatas hanya pada gizi kurang dan gizi buruk namun sekarang mulai banyak anak – anak gizi lebih dan obesitas pada daerahperkotaan. Penelitian sebelumnya mengatakan bahwa obesitas dapat menyebabkan penurunan prestasi akademis di sekolah. Penelitian observasional dengan desain penelitian potong lintang yang diikuti 76 anak kelas1, 2, dan 3 pada salah satu sekolah dasar negeri di Jakarta Barat. Pada anak – anak ini dilakukan pengukuran tinggi badan dan berat badan, kemudian usia dalam bulan dan nilairaport diambil dari data siswa siswi dibantu pihak sekolah. Hasil pengukuran antropometri diinterpretasikan mengikuti pembagian WHO Growth Reference 2007. Analisis hubungan antar variabel menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil analisa hubungan antara hubungan status gizi berdasarkan IMT/U dan TB/U dengan prestasi belajar anak berdasarkan nilai raport, diperoleh nilai probabilitas masing – masing p=0,580 dan p=0,833. Tidak terdapat pengaruh status gizi terhadap pretasi belajar anak di sekolah.

An observational study with a cross sectional study design which was attended by 76 grade 1, 2 and 3 children in one of the public primary schools in West Jakarta. Anthropometric measurement results are interpreted following the 2007 WHO Growth Reference division. Analysis of relationships between variables using the Spearman correlation test. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the relationship of nutritional status based on BMI / U and TB / U with children's learning achievement based on the report card value, obtained the probability value of each p = 0.580 and p = 0.833. There is no influence on nutritional status on children's learning achievement in school.
