B Banyaknya masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah tidak memiliki kemampuan baik untuk mengakses dan menjangkau perumahan formal yang layak (Suswandari, 2020). Mengakibatkan masyarakat tinggal dipermukiman liar, status lahannya ilegal, maupun di lingkungan yang rawan bencana. Seperti halnya yang terjadi pada Kawasan Waduk Pluit, Kecamatan Penjaringan Jakarta Utara. Masyarakat membangun rumah dan tinggal di tepi Waduk Pluit. Adanya Permasalahan Lingkungan Perkotaan disekitar waduk pluit yaitu : seringnya terjadi banjir dan banyaknya permukiman liar atau tidak layak huni disekitar Waduk Pluit. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta melakukan program normalisasi waduk pluit oleh karena itu merelokasi masyarakat waduk pluit ke rumah susun sederhana sewa Muara Baru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk Mengidentifikasi Tingkat Keberhasilan Relokasi di Rusunawa Muara Baru, Penjaringan Jakarta Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis statistik deskriptif untuk menilai tingkat keberhasilan relokasi di rusunawa muara baru. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa relokasi di Rusunawa Muara Baru secara keseluruhan berhasil. Ini berarti bahwa mayoritas aspek dan variabel relokasi berjalan dengan baik dan memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat yang terlibat dalam relokasi tersebut.
M Many low-income people do not have the ability to access and reach proper formal housing (Suswandari, 2020). Resulting in people living in illegal settlements, whose land status is illegal, or in disaster-prone environments. Such is the case in the Pluit Reservoir Area, Penjaringan District, North Jakarta. The community builds houses and lives on the banks of the Pluit Reservoir. There are urban environmental problems around the Pluit reservoir, namely: frequent flooding and many illegal or uninhabitable settlements around the Pluit reservoir. The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government carried out the Pluit Reservoir normalization program, therefore relocating the Pluit Reservoir community to simple rental flats in Muara Baru. The purpose of this study was to identify the success rate of relocation in Muara Baru flats, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive statistical analysis to assess the success rate of relocation in Muara Baru flats. The research results show that the relocation in Muara Baru Rusunawa was overall successful. This means that the majority of aspects and variables of relocation are going well and have a positive impact on the people involved in the process. Successful Variables Of the 6 variables calculated, there are 3 variables that have achieved a good level of success. These variables are accessibility to public facilities, availability of infrastructure, and conditions of residential buildings. Success on these variables shows that residents in Muara Baru Rusunawa have easy access to public facilities, adequate infrastructure facilities, and a decent and safe living environment. Unsuccessful Variables Meanwhile, there were 3 variables that did not succeed in achieving the expected level of success. These variables are business/work opportunities, compensation/compensation, and inter-community linkages. These variables indicate that there are still challenges in providing business opportunities and adequate employment opportunities for relocated residents, and more attention is needed in determining fair compensation and maintaining pre-existing social and cultural ties.
