P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh destination culturalreputation terhadap satisfaction, pengaruh satisfaction terhadap destination loyalty,pengaruh destination cultural reputation terhadap satisfaction yang dimoderasi olehsustainable on-site activity involvement (sosai), dan pengaruh satisfaction terhadapdestination loyalty yang dimoderasi oleh sustainbale on-site activity involvement.penelitian ini dilakukan pada para wisatawan asing yang berkunjung ke bali. datapenelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner online (google form). teknik penarikan sampelyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. alat analisis data yangdigunakan adalah structural equation model (sem). hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkanbahwa variabel destination cultural reputation berpengaruh positif terhadapsatisfaction, variabel satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap destination loyalty,variabel destination cultural reputation berpengaruh positif terhadap satisfaction yangdi moderasi oleh sustainable on-site activity involvement (sosai), dan variabelsatisfaction tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap destination loyalty yang di moderasi olehsustainable on-site activity involvement.
T This study aims to analyze the influence of destination cultural reputation onsatisfaction, the influence of satisfaction on destination loyalty, the influence ofdestination cultural reputation on satisfaction moderated by sustainable on-siteactivity involvement (sosai), and the influence of satisfaction on destination loyaltymoderated by sustainable on-site activity involvement. this study was conducted onforeign tourists visiting bali. research data were obtained through an online questionnaire(google form). the sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. thedata analysis tool used was the structural equation model (sem).the results of this studyconclude that the destination cultural reputation variable has a positive effect onsatisfaction, the satisfaction variable has a positive effect on destination loyalty, thedestination cultural reputation variable has a positive effect on satisfaction which ismoderated by sustainable on-site activity involvement (sosai), and the satisfactionvariable does not have a positive effect on destination loyalty which is moderated bysustainable on-site activity involvement.
