P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan psychological contract breach dengan counterproductive work behavior yang dimoderasi proactive personalitypada PT. Procargo Utama Mandiri. Variable independent dalam penelitian ini adalahPsychological Contract Breach, variabel moderasi adalah Proactive Personality, danvariabel dipenden dalama penelitian ini adalah Counterproductive Work Behavior.Responden dari penelitian ini dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 300karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Procargo Utama Mandiri. Teknik yang digunakan untukmenganalisis penelitian ini adalah uji instrumental berupa uji validitas dan ujireabilitas. Metode analisis data untuk mengukur statistic deskriptif dengan programAMOS Versi 22. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwatidak mempunyai hubungan Psychological Contract Breach denganCounterproductive Work Behavior, mempunyai hubungan Psychological ContractBreach dengan Proactive Personality, memiliki hubungan Proactive Personalitydengan Counterproductive Work Behavior. Implikasi manajerial dalam penelitian iniyaitu diharapkan karyawan mengurangi menyimpangan perusahaan.
T This study aims to analyze the relationship between psychological contract breachand counter productive work Behavior moderated by Proactive Personality at PT.Procargo Utama Mandiri. The independent variabel in this study is PsychologicalContract Breach, the moderating variabel is proactive personality, and the dependentvariabel in this study Counterproductive Work Behavior. Respondents from this studyusing a total sample of 300 employess who work at PT. Procargo Utama Mandiri. Thetechnique used to analyze this research is an instrumental test in the form of a validitytest and a reliability test. The method data analysis is to measure descriptive statisticsusing the AMOS Version 22. The results of testing the hypothesis in this study showthat there is a positive relationship between Psychological Contract Breach andCounterproductive Work Behavior, there is a negative relationship betweenPsychological Contract Breach and Proactive Personality, and there is a negativerelationship between Proactive Personality and Counterproductive Work Behavior,there is the influence of the relationship between Psychological Contract Breach andCounterproductive Work Behavior which is moderated by proactive personality. Themanagerial implication in this study is that employess are expected tp reduce companydeviations.
