P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh product performanceterhadap behavioral intentions melalui satisfactions. Penelitian ini mengacu padapenelitian Vera (2016). Analisis dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif denganpengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan produk sabunmandi merek Lifebuoy, dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan metode purposiverandom sampling dengan teknik rule of thumb sehingga ditetapkan sampelsebanyak 110 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dua sumber yaitu sumberprimer yang diperoleh berdasarkan penyebaran kuesioner, dan sumber skunderyang diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan buku, jurnal dan internet terkait denganobjek penelitian. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknikanalisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif productperformance terhadap satisfaction pada produk sabun mandi merek Lifebouy,satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh terhadap terhadap behavioral intention, productperformance berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention dan terbukti productperformance berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention melalui satisfaction.

T This study aimed to examine influence of Product Performance toBehavioral Intentions Through Satisfactions. This study draws on research Vera(2016). The analysis was conducted through a quantitative approach tohypothesis testing. The population in this study is customer products toilet soapbrand Lifebuoy, in the determination of the sample using purposive randomsampling technique rule of thumb to set a sample of 110 respondents.Data was collected through two sources, namely primary sources obtainedby questionnaires, and secondary sources were obtained by collecting books,journals and internet research associated with the object. Methods of dataanalysis in this study using techniques of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).The results show that there is a positive impact on product performance tothe satisfaction of products toilet soap brand Lifebuoy, satisfaction evidentinfluence on the behavioral intention, product performance effect on behavioralintention and proven product performance effect on behavioral intention throughsatisfaction.
