T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengidentifikasipengaruh Entrepreneurial Orientation dan Organizational Culture terhadapOrganization Performance dengan Organization Agility sebagai variabelintervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perguruan Tinggi di Kepulauan Riaudengan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitianberjumlah 66 responden yang terdiri dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi yang beradadi Kepulauan Riau.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSSuntuk data desktiptif dan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS Versi 3. Analisis data dilakukandengan mengevaluasi model pengukuran (outer model) dan model struktural(inner model).Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Cultureberpengaruh positif terhadap Organization Performance. Variabel OrganizationAgility juga memediasi pengaruh antara Organizational Culture terhadapOrganization Performance. Variabel Entrepreneurial Orientation dinyatakantidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Organization Performance, variabelOrganization Agility juga tidak memediasi pengaruh Entrepreneurial Orientationterhadap Organization Performance. Perguruan tinggi yang memilikiOrganizational Culture yang baik akan menciptakan Organization Agility danmeningkatkan Organization Performance. Entrepreneurial Orientation tidakberperan dalam menciptakan Organization Agility dan tidak berpengaruh dalammeningkatkan Organization Performance. Perguruan tinggi di Kepulauan Riaudiharapkan dapat meningkatkan Entrepreneurial Orientation agar dapat bersaingdengan perguruan tinggi lainnya baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional.Peningkatan Entrepreneurial Orientation dengan cara terus berinovasi sepertiinovasi pada teknologi, perubahan ke era digital, meningkatkan keterlibatanpeserta didik, komputasi awan, pembelajaran berbasis online, dan lainnya.Implikasi bagi manajerial adalah sebagai ilmu untuk menyusun strategibagaimana meningkatkan Entrepreneurial Orientation agar perguruan tinggi diKepulauan Riau dapat memiliki daya saing. Bagi perguruan tinggi agar terusmelakukan inovasi, pengambilan resiko dan proaktif agar SDM yang dihasilkandapat meningkatkan perekonomian Indonesia
T The purpose of this study is to analyze and identify the effect ofEntrepreneurial Orientation and Organizational Culture on OrganizationPerformance with Organization Agility as an intervening variable. This researchwas conducted at Universities in Riau Islands with a method of collecting data inthe form of a questionnaire. The sample in the study amounted to 66 respondentsconsisting of university leaders in the Riau Islands.The data analysis method used in this study was SPSS for descriptive andPartial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) data usingSmartPLS Version 3. The data analysis was done by evaluating the outer modeland structural model (inner model).The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture has a positiveeffect on Organization Performance. Variable Organization Agility also mediatesthe influence of organizational culture on Organization Performance.Entrepreneurial orientation variables are stated to have no influence onOrganization Performance, Organization Agility variables also do not mediate theeffect of entrepreneurial orientation on Organization Performance. Universitiesthat have good Organizational Culture will create Organization Agility andincrease Organization Performance. The results of the study also showed thatentrepreneurial orientation did not play a role in creating Organization Agility andhad no effect in increasing Organization Performance. Universities in Riau Islandsare expected to be able to increase entrepreneurial orientation in order to competewith other universities both at national and international levels. Increasedentrepreneurial orientation by continuing to innovate such as innovation intechnology, changes to the digital era, increasing student involvement, cloudcomputing, online based learning, and others.The implication for managerial is as a science to develop strategies on how toimprove Entrepreneurial Orientation so that universities in Riau Islands can havecompetitiveness. For universities to continue to innovate, take risks and beproactive so that the resulting HR can improve the Indonesian economy
