P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsekuensi social media used at work terhadap work performance. Data diperoleh langsung melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 111 responden karyawan di 5 stasiun radio di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan survey. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model)Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan : Social Media Used at Work berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Performance, Social Media Used at Work berpengaruh positif terhadap Network Ties, Network Ties berpengaruh positif terhadap Knowledge Transfer, dan Knowledge Transfer berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Performance.

P Purpose of this study was to analyze the consequence of social media used at work on work. Data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 111 respondents employee of 5 radio stations at Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research is survey. This research using SEM analysis tool (Structural Equation Model).Hypothesis testing results indicate : Social Media Used at Work has positive effect to Work Performance, Social Media Used at Work has positive effect to Network Ties, Network Ties has positive effect to Knowledge Transfer, Knowledge Transfer has positive effect to Work Performance.
