On the site plan, the concept applied by putting pamerajan in the main zone, on-site Hotels and cottages in Vice zone, as well as on-site service, sports and restaurant in these zones. The application of the concept of Eco architecture implemented in facades, green roof, passive shading, day lighting, and and floor plans.
