T The oil field known as a process of finding oil and gas drilling wells, the onshore and offshore. It is named as drilling operations. The drilling operation aims to search for hydrocarbons in the form of gas, oil or condensate. The main objective is to archive ultimate depth drilling safely, quickly, and economically as it also keeps the wells can produce profitable amounts. In supporting the success of ongoing drilling operation indispensable drilling fluid with a wide range of physical properties and function. The drilling mud to function properly, if we have to control the physical properties, among others : density, viscosity, plastic viscosity, yield point, apparent viscosity, gel strength, water loss, mudcake, and electrical salinity. The use of water as a basic ingredient mud drilling fluid is intended to get high rate of drilling and the drilling cost as low possible. In comparison with the sludge dispersion system an non – dispersion system are aiming to find appropriate methods of formulation that economic and technical impacts of the use both system are effective mud used in drilling operations. In this final project, a laboratory study the effect of salt contamination on the properties of drilling fluid rheology system dispersion and non- dispersion at various temperature, and addictive recommendation from analysis is system mud dispersion for drilling operations.
