P Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Excessive Use Personal Social Media at Work, Telework, Flexible Work, Work Engagement terhadap Job Performance pada karyawan Perusahaan Swasta di Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan sebanyak 114 responden non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode Snow Ball. Analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan mencari rata-rata dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa Excessive Use Personal Social Media at Work berpengaruh negatif terhadap Job Performance dan Telework berpengaruh negatif terhadap Job Performance. Sedangkan Flexible Work berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance dan Work Engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Performance. Untuk Excessive Use Personal Social Media at diharapkan adanya meminilasirkan menggunakan ponsel di tempat kerja, kemudian pada Telework diharapkan dapat mengatasi gangguan yang dialami dengan perusahaan memberikan pertolongan sesuai kapasitas, dilanjutin dengan Flexible Work diharapkan perusahaan memberikan kelonggaran yang sesuai dengan kapasitas agar karyawan dapat menyelesaikan secara optimal, dan Work Engagement diharapkan dapat memberikan kelas atau seminar untuk mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh karyawan.

T This research aims to analyze the influence of Excessive Use of Personal Social Media at Work, Telework, Flexible Work, Work Engagement on Job Performance of Private Company employees in Jakarta. Data was collected from 114 non-probability sampling respondents using the Snow Ball method. Analysis uses descriptive statistics by finding averages and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 20. The research results show that Excessive Use of Personal Social Media at Work has a negative effect on Job Performance and Telework has a negative effect on Job Performance. Meanwhile, Flexible Work has a positive effect on Job Performance and Work Engagement has a positive effect on Job Performance. For Excessive Use of Personal Social Media, it is hoped that there will be a minimum use of cellphones in the workplace, then Telework is expected to be able to overcome the disruptions experienced by the company providing assistance according to capacity, followed by Flexible Work, it is hoped that the company will provide concessions that are in accordance with capacity so that employees can complete optimally. , and Work Engagement is expected to provide classes or seminars to develop employees' abilities.
