A AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh procedural justice, organizational trust, continuance commitment, normative commitment terhadap task performance pada karyawan perusahaan retail pakaian Jakarta Barat. Jumlah responden dari penelitian ini menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Sedangnkan dalam pengujian hipotesis Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Procedural Justice berpengaruh positif terhadap Task Performance, Organizational Trust berpengaruh positif terhadap Task Performance, Continuance Commitment berpengaruh pada Task Performance, Normative Commitment berpengaruh pada Task Performance. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan lagi procedural justice, organizational trust, continuance commitment, Normatif Commitment pada Task Performance mereka yang dimana hal tersebut merupakan faktor penting untuk kinerja karyawannya

T The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of procedural justice, organizational trust, continuance commitment, normative commitment on task performance in West Jakarta clothing retail company employees. The number of respondents from this study used a total sample of 130 respondents. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. Whereas in testing the hypothesis using an analytical tool in the form of a Strictural Equation Model (SEM). The results of testing the hypothesis in this study show that Procedural Justice has a positive effect on Task Performance, Organizational Trust has a positive effect on Task Performance, Continuance Commitment has an effect on Task Performance, Normative Commitment has an effect on Task Performance. The implication of this research is that companies are expected to increase procedural justice, organizational trust, continuance commitment, Normative Commitment in their Task Performance which is an important factor for employee performance
