T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Obsessive Passion, Distributive Injustice terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Emotional Exhaustion pada karyawan PT. Telkom Akses. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalahObsessive Passion dan Distributive Injustice, lalu variabel mediasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Emotional Exhaustiondan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalahTurnover Intention. Data dikumpulkan dari 120Karyawan PT. Telkom Akses dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan Obsessive Passionberpengaruh positif terhadap Emotional Exhaustion,Distributive Injusticeberpengaruh positif terhadap Emotional Exhaustion,Obsessive Passion berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, Distributive Injustice berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, Emotional Exhaustion berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention, Obsessive Passion berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Emotional Exhaustion dan Distributive Injustice berpengaruh positif terhadap Turnover Intention yang dimediasi oleh Emotional Exhaustion. Implikasi bagi manajer adalah harus meningkatkan Harmonious Passion agar dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja yang positif dan mengurangi Obsessive Passion karyawan, dalam sistem pembagian imbalan, promosi dan beban kerja harus diperlakukan secara adil agar karyawan tidak mengalami Distributive Injustice, karyawan perlu menerapkan program olahraga sehat dan juga acara gathering agar perasaan, fikiran, dan tenaga karyawan dapat kembali fresh untuk bekerja sehingga mengurangi Emotional Exhaustion yang dirasakan, lalu menciptakan suasana kerja yang harmonis, mengurangi tekanan kerja karyawan, dan sistem penggajian yang adil diharakan dapat mengurangi tingkat Turnover Intention pada perusahaan

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Obsessive Passion, Distributive Injustice onTurnover Intention Mediated by Emotional Exhaustion of Employees PT. Telkom Akses.The independent variables in this study are Obsessive Passion, and Distributive Injustice,the mediating variables in this study are Emotional Exhaustion, and the dependent variables in this study are Turnover Intention. Data were collected from 120 officers of PT. Telkom Akses. The data collection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. While in testing the hypothesis by using an analytical tool in the form of Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate thatObsessive Passion has a positive effect on Emotional Exhaustion, Distributive Injustice has a positive effect on Emotional Exhaustion, Obsessive Passion has a positive effect on Turnover Intention, Distributive Injustice has a positive effectonTurnover Intention, Emotional Exhaustion has a positive effect on Turnover Intention, Obsessive Passion has a positive effect on Turnover Intention mediated by Emotional Exhaustion and Distributive Injustice has a positive effect Turnover Intention mediated by Emotional Exhaustion. The implication for managers is that must increase Harmonious Passion to increase work motivation and positive performance and reduce Obsessive Passion, in the salary distribution system, promotion and workload must be treated fairly so that employees do not experience Distributive Injustice, employees need to implement healthy sports programs and also gathering events so that employees feel , employees' minds and energy can return to work refreshed thereby reducing perceived Emotional Exhaustion, then creating a harmonious work atmosphere, reducing employee work pressure, and a fair pay system is expected to reduce the level of Turnover Intentions in the company.
