T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Work-Life Balance dan Job Insecurity terhadap Job Satisfaction dan Affective Organizational Commitment pada Petugas SUDIN GULKARMAT Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat Sektor IV Tamansari. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Work-Life Balance, dan Job Insecurity dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Satisfaction dan Affective Organizational Commitment. Data dikumpulkan dari 105 Petugas SUDIN GULKARMAT Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat Sektor IV Tamansari dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sedangkan dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat analisis berupa Structural Equation Model (SEM).Hasil pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Job Insecurity berpengaruh negatif terhadap Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif terhadap Affective Organizational Commitment, dan Job Insecurity berpengaruh negatif terhadap Affective Organizational Commitment. Implikasi bagi manajer adalah harus memikirkan petugas yang bekerja agar para petugas pemadam kebakaran memiliki Work-Life Balance, petugas pemadam kebakaran harus memakai alat pelindung diri yang lebih aman untuk menghindari risiko kecelakaan agar tidak merasakan Job Insecurity, dalam sistem penggajian harus diperlakukan secara adil agar petugas pemadam kebakaraan merasakan Job Satisfaction, dan untuk meningkatkan Affective Organizational Commitment diharapkan menciptakan suasana harmonis di lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan loyalitas petugas pemadam kebakaran terhadap organisasi agar petugas pemadam merasa bahwa masalah ditempat kerja ini dan masalah ini seolah-olah masalahnya sendiri.

T The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Work-Life Balance and Job Insecurity on Job Satisfaction and Affective Organizational Commitment at GULKARMAT SUDIN Officers, West Jakarta Administration Sector IV Tamansari. The independent variables in this study are Work-Life Balance, and Job Insecurity and the dependent variables in this study are Job Satisfaction and Affective Organizational Commitment. Data were collected from 105 officers of SUDIN GULKARMAT, West Jakarta Administration, Sector IV Tamansari. The data collection technique used in this study was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. While in testing the hypothesis by using an analytical tool in the form of Structural Equation Model (SEM).The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that Work-Life Balance has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Insecurity has a negative effect on Job Satisfaction, Work-Life Balance has a positive effect on Affective Organizational Commitment, and Job Insecurity has a negative effect on Affective Organizational Commitment. The implication for managers is that they have to think about working officers so that firefighters have a Work-Life Balance, firefighters must wear safer personal protective equipment to avoid the risk of accidents so as not to feel Job Insecurity, in the payroll system must be treated fairly so that officers firefighters feel Job Satisfaction, and to increase the Affective Organizational Commitment is expected to create a harmonious atmosphere in the work environment to increase the loyalty of firefighters to the organization so that firefighters feel that this problem at work and this problem is as if it were their own problem.
