Pengaruh green human resource managemen terhadap green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team greean commitment, dan green greativity paa PT Mercedes-Bez distrubution Indonesia
T Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak positif green human resource management terhadap green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, dan green creativity pada karyawan di PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah green human resource management dengan variabel terikat green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, dan green creativity. Data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari 281 dari populasi 300 karyawan yang bekerja minimal 1 tahun di PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data non-probability sampling dan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi sederhana.Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak positif green human resource management terhadap green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, dan green creativity. Green human resource management memberikan dampak terbesar terhadap green innovative work behavior. Implikasi bagi manajer diharapkan dapat melakukan green human resource management sehingga dapat tercipta green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, dan green creativity.Diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat melakukan penelitian pada lebih dari satu perusahaan, sehingga hasil penelitian menjadi lebih beragam serta penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat dilakukan pada sektor ataupun industri lainnya, sehingga dapat diperoleh hasil penelitian yang baru.
T The purpose of this study was to analyze the positive impact of green human resource management on green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, and green creativity for employees at PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia. The independent variables in this study are green human resource management with the dependent variable green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, and green creativity. The data collected were 281 employees from a population of 300 employees who worked at least 1 year at PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia by using non-probability sampling data collection techniques and using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression method.The results of hypothesis testing show that the positive impact of green human resource management on green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, and green creativity. Green human resources management has the greatest impact on green innovative work behavior. The implications for managers are expected to be able to carry out green human resource management so that it can create green work engagement, green innovative work behavior, top management team green commitment, and green creativity.It is hoped that further research can carry out research in more than one company, so that the results of research become more diverse and further research is expected to be carried out in other sectors or industries, so that new research results can be obtained.
